Returns and Refund Policy
All products in our online store are made to order under our brand. For this reason, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not offered, except in cases where a manufacturing defect or an error on our part has occurred.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item you received:

is damaged,

has a manufacturing defect, or

does not match your order,
please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and provide clear photos showing the issue.
If the claim is approved and the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit, the issue must be reported no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. In approved cases, a replacement shipment will be provided instead of a refund.
Buyer’s Remorse
As all products are made to order under our brand:

returns, exchanges, and refunds due to buyer’s remorse are not offered;

this also applies to incorrectly selected sizes, colors, or designs.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing an order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incomplete or incorrect shipping address is provided and the shipment is returned, reshipping may be arranged at the customer’s expense after the address has been corrected. No refunds will be issued.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. If a shipment is not claimed within 30 days, it may be donated to charity without compensation or refund.
